Ayurvedic Treatment For Cardiovascular Disease

The human heart is a natural marvel that is sensitive to both physical and mental health. Young adults have also seen a considerable increase in recent years. High cholesterol consumption, sedentary lifestyles, stress, anxiety, and smoking are some of the major causes of toxins (ama) accumulation in the arteries. Untreated cardiac problems may necessitate surgery to avoid serious health consequences.

Hypertension

Hypertension (also known as RaktaGataVata in Ayurveda) is a condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is too high. Blood pressure rises in proportion to an individual's age, sex, physical and mental activity, family history, and nutrition. A healthy adult's blood pressure should be 120 mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic.
Ayurvedic hypertension treatment provides a longer-term and more profound impact since it addresses the core cause of the disease rather than just the symptoms.
Today's leading causes of hypertension include a poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.

High Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a kind of lipid found in tiny amounts in the blood. Nerve coverings, cell walls and brain cells all contain it. As a result, it serves a vital purpose in the body. Cholesterol is divided into three categories based on density: high density cholesterol, low density cholesterol, and very low density cholesterol. While high-density cholesterol is thought to be heart-healthy, low-density and very-low-density cholesterol might induce coronary occlusions if consumed in large amounts. Hypercholesterolemia is the medical word for having too much cholesterol in the body.

Angina Pectoris

Angina pectoris refers to a set of symptoms rather than an illness. Stable angina is another name for it. When the heart's muscle cells don't obtain enough blood to perform their pumping job correctly, the phrase is used to describe discomfort or chest pain. It's more prone to happen when coronary blood flow isn't as good as it should be. Symptoms include chest discomfort extending to the left arm, dyspnea, palpitation, sweating, nausea, dizziness or fainting, heaviness or tightness in the chest or upper abdomen, and heaviness or tightness in the upper abdomen.

Ischaemic Heart Disease-

Ischaemic heart disease (IHD) is more frequent in middle-aged adults, although it is also becoming more common in younger people. IHD is mostly caused by atherosclerosis, or the thickening of artery walls, however artial spasm can also cause it. IHD can also be caused by syphilitic inflammation, coronary embolism, and congenital coronary artery abnormalities. Other recognised reasons include a poor diet, a high consumption of cholesterol, fat, and sugar, hypertension, and cigarette smoking.
