  • Software Support‐ We will provide centre management software worth rupees 75k with the free maintenance and application for the first year and recurring cost will be applicable afterwards

Pre‐Opening Support

  • Comprehensive turn‐key assistance from site selection to setup and starting of operations
  • Layout and design, architectural and interiors support after the advance of 50% of Franchise fee.
  • Tele‐calling support will beprovided by us.
  • Pre‐opening inventory and equipment purchasing assistance.
  • A comprehensive training will be providedon service operations, standard check up procedures, accounting, inventory control etc.
  • Monitoring of designing and set up of the outlet will be managed offline.
  • Operations Manual will be provided by us.
  • Regular advices on inventory control and administrative issues

ImportantKey Notes

  • Franchise agreement will be valid for the first three years.
  • 50% advance payment will be accepted as the initial confirmation.
  • Working on site recce, lay‐outing, designing and BOQ will be provided after the initial confirmation.
  • Remaining 50% will be paid by the franchise at the time of the agreement.
  • Site work will only be initiated once we are done with signing of agreement.
  • Renewal fee will be applicable after three years on the mutual consent between the Franchise owner and Namo Gange wellness Pvt Ltd.
  • 10% of Royalty of total billing amount (excluding the products purchased by NGWPL) will be paid to Namo Gange Wellness Pvt Ltd, by the Franchise starting after three months from the date of inauguration of the Franchise centre.
  • All type of Govt taxes, fees for Licensing, liaison, applicable GST, Income tax and any sort of government charges/levies etc., will be paid by the Franchise.
  • Entire Franchise Centre running cost will be taken care by the Franchise owner which includes the Operational staff salaries, water, electricity bills and other expenses being incurred for running the centre etc.
  • Authorized employee of Namo Gange Wellness Pvt Ltd shall always be permitted to audit the centre activities/billing/stock/inventory/software during the centre working hours.
  • Incase of leased property, lease agreement will be made for a minimum period of three years with locking period of one year.
  • Availability of landline and Wi‐Fi connection is Mandatory.
  • Expenses related to the health camp and marketing will be borne by the Franchise owner.
  • Ample parking space should be available.
  • Separate and dedicated entry is necessary.
