Those who are suffering from diabetes they may feel frequent urination, increased thirst, blurred vision, excessive hunger, weight loss, irritable mood, fatigue and tiredness.
Asana, pranayamn and kriyas are very much beneficial to cure and prevent diabetes. The kriyas purify and detoxify the body then particular series of asanas helps to activate and tone up the pancreas region. Regular Yogasana and Pranayama help in better glucose utilization and reduce the requirement of drugs. It also helps in maintaining optimum weight.
